金钱柳的抑菌作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨金钱柳提取物对常见菌群的抑菌作用。方法:采用药敏纸片法及二倍稀释法研究提取物对细菌和真菌的抑制能力。结果:金钱柳水提取物对供试菌均无抑菌作用,金钱柳醇提取物对供试真菌无抑制作用。64mg/m L的醇提取物对供试细菌均有明显抑制作用,32mg/m L的醇提取物对产气杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌和枯草杆菌均有明显抑制作用,且对枯草杆菌的抑制作用比对沙门氏菌的抑制作用更加显著;16mg/m L的醇提取物对沙门氏菌、产气杆菌和枯草杆菌均有明显抑制作用,且对枯草杆菌的抑制作用比对金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌和产气杆菌抑制作用更加显著;8mg/m L的醇提取物对产气杆菌仍有显著抑制作用。结论:金钱柳醇提取物对供试细菌的抑制作用明显强于水提取物。Objective： To investigate the inhibitory effect of Cyclocarya paliurus（ Batal.） Iljinskaja（ C. paliurus） extract on common bacteria and fungi. Methods： The inhibitory capacity of the extract of C. paliurus to bacteria and fungi was studied using the disk diffusion method and the double dilution method. Results： The water extract of C. paliurus had no inhibitory effect on all the bacteria and fungi for test and the ethanol extract of C. paliurus had no inhibitory effect on the fungi for test. The 64 mg / mL ethanol extract had significant inhibitory effect on all the bacteria for test. The 32 mg / mL ethanol extract had significant inhibitory effect on Aerobacter aerogenes,Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella,and Bacillus subtilis,and the inhibitory effect on Bacillus subtilis was significantly higher than that on Salmonella. The 16 mg / mL ethanol extract had significant inhibitory effect on Salmonella,Aerobacter aerogenes,and Bacillus subtilis,and the inhibitory effect on Bacillus subtilis was significantly higher than that on Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella,and Aerobacter aerogenes. The 8mg / mL ethanol extract still had significant inhibitory effect on Aerobacter aerogenes. Conclusion： The inhibitory effect of the ethanol extract of C. paliurus on bacteria for test was significantly better than that of the water extract.
