跌打膏促进骨折愈合及抗炎镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察跌打膏促进骨折愈合、抗炎及镇痛作用,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法:用家兔骨折模型进行促进骨折愈合研究;用角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀模型及二甲苯致小鼠耳廓炎症模型进行抗炎作用研究;用小鼠热板镇痛模型进行镇痛作用研究。结果:跌打膏能明显促进兔桡骨骨折的愈合,能明显抑制角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足跖肿胀性炎症及二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀性炎症反应,能提高小鼠对热刺激的阈值。结论:跌打膏具有促进骨折愈合、抗炎和镇痛作用。Objective： To observe the fracture healing- promoting,anti- inflammatory,and analgesic effects of Dieda ointment and to provide an experimental basis for its clinical application. Methods： The study on fracture healing- promoting effect was conducted with a rabbit model of fracture,the study on anti- inflammatory effect with a rat model of carrageenin- induced footpad swelling and a mouse model of dimethylbenzene- induced auricular inflammation,and the study on analgesic effect with a mouse model for hot plate test. Results： Dieda ointment significantly promoted the radius fracture healing in rabbits,significantly inhibited the inflammation in rats with carrageenin- induced footpad swelling and mice with dimethylbenzene- induced auricular swelling,and increased the threshold of thermal stimulation in mice. Conclusion： Dieda ointment has fracture healing- promoting,anti- inflammatory,and analgesic effects.
