摘  要:有色金属熔炼属于高能耗高污染行业,节能减排势在必行。以某熔铝炉为试验炉,以热值为8 500×4.18kJ的天然气为燃料,采用蓄热式燃烧技术进行试验改造。结果表明:试验达到了优化炉型、减少炉内氧化气氛、均衡炉温、降低铝损及提高操作水平的目的。The non-ferrous metal smelting belongs to the high energy consumption and high pollution industry, and the energy-saving and emission reduction is imperative. A aluminum melting furnace was taken as the test furnace and the calorific value of natural gas is 8 500×4.18 kJ was used as fuel, the modification test was taken by using regenerative combustion technology. The result showed that the test achieved the purpose of optimizing furnace type, reducing the oxidation atmosphere in furnace, balancing the furnace temperature, reducing the loss of aluminum and improving the operation level.
