摘 要:电石炉在生产过程中产生大量的灰分,对其后部的余热锅炉影响较大。通过对电石炉产生灰分的特性分析,结合电石炉余热锅炉中传统吹灰方式的特点,从排烟温度的高低、操作方法的难易程度等方面,阐明了激波吹灰系统相对正压钢珠吹灰系统的优势。根据实际电石炉厂余热锅炉应用激波吹灰系统的排烟温度数据,证明了激波吹灰系统应用于电石炉余热锅炉是安全有效的,能满足余热锅炉长周期的运行要求。A large quantity of soot is generated by the calcium carbide furnace during production, exerting a great influence on the waste heat boiler at the rear. By analyzing the features of the soot produced by the calcium carbide furnace, combining with the characteristics of the traditional soot blowing way used by the waste heat boiler attached to the calcium carbide furnace, the advantages of the shock wave soot blowing system over the pressurized steel ball soot blowing system are clarified from the exhaust gas temperature, the complexity of operational approach and so on. Furthermore, the exhaust gas temperature data from the shock wave soot blowing system applied to the actual waste heat boiler of the calcium carbide furnace plant has also fully proved that the application of the shock wave soot blowing system to the waste heat boiler attached to the calcium carbide furnace is safe and effective, which could meet the requirements for waste heat boiler's long-cycle operation.
