摘　　要：余热锅炉的低温换热器在使用过程中出现变形,影响了运行安全,需要定期更换变形的过热器管,造成经济上的损失。针对锅炉运行、锅炉水位、过热器管壁温度分析变形原因,制定措施,从根本上解决了这一问题。The low temperature heat exchanger of waste heat boiler deforms during applying, which affects the seeurity of operation. It also results to economic damage since super-heater need regular replacement. Aiming at boiler operation, water level of boiler and temperature of the pipe wall of superheater, the reasons of the deformation are analyzed and the measures are taken in order to get the fundamental solution of the problem.
