热风炉管网系统耐材内衬的破损及热态修复研究

摘　　要：热风炉管道耐材内衬在使用过程中特别是在一代炉役的中后期,会产生不同程度的破损,时常发生渣化、变形、破裂、掉砖、甚至垮塌等现象,造成热风管网产生窜风漏气、局部过热、发红变形等危险隐患,甚至发生烧穿爆裂等恶性事故。针对上述问题,介绍了利用高炉短休风时间,对热风炉管道耐材内衬进行热态下维护与修复,延长管道内耐材的使用寿命。Refractory different degree of damage the danger of the hot pipe lining of hot blast stove pipe in use process, especially in the late, produced burning accidents. Refractory lining of pipe under hot state was repaired during short downtime and its life was prolonged, that have been the pursuit of the iron and steel factory. The causes of damage and corrective maintenances were introduced in view of those phenomena and the practical experience.
