摘　　要：针对120 t转炉炉体变形,通过对球面螺栓及球面垫重新选材,以及对炉壳过渡段整形修复,最终实现提高球面垫磨损的三点球面支撑综合性能及消除炉壳结构修复工艺隐患,从而可为球面支撑技术补强及大面积炉壳连续曲面的修复提供参考。According to the deformation of 120 t convener furnace body, through the material reseleetion of spherical brace and spherical washer, and the plastic repair of transition section of furnace shell, it is realized the purpose of improving the comprehensive performance of three-point sphere bracing system and eliminating hidden dangers of the repair technology of shell structure, which provides reference for the reinforcement of spherical brace and the repair technology of a large area of continuous curved surface＇s furnace shell.
