摘　　要：阐述了纸本期刊在装订工作中存在的问题,提出了解决高校图书馆纸本期刊装订问题的措施,包括规范期刊装订工作、建立完善的检查机制、加强各部门之间的沟通、提升馆员的职业素养等。This paper expounds the problems existing in the binding work of paper journals, and puts forward some measures for solving the problems of paper journals binding in university library such as standardizing the journals binding work, establishing the perfect inspection mechanism, strengthening the communication between departments, and improving the librarians＇ professional quality, etc.
