摘  要:风电机组变桨后备VRLA电源对风电机组安全运行至关重要,结合蓄电池监测维护的实际需求,在不干预现有系统充放电过程下,设计了一套完整的后备电源在线监测系统:在风机端,系统前置设备以TMS320F2812为核心,实现了蓄电池放电高频数据采样与处理;在集控端,采用风机后备动力系统综合监测方法,实现了蓄电池性能及其负载状态的实时远程监测。VRLA back-up power of wind turbine pitch system is important to the safe operation of wind turbines. Considering the actual requirements of monitoring and maintenance of VRLA batteries, a complete set of backup power online monitoring system was designed without interfering in the charge and discharge process of the existing system. On the turbine side, the high frequency data sampling and processing of batteries discharging were realized by adopting TMS320F2812 as the core processor of the front-end device. On the side of monitoring center, the real-time remote monitoring of the battery performance and load state was realized by using the comprehensive monitoring method of backup power system.
