河南打造出口型临空产业集群存在问题探讨

摘　　要：河南打造出口型临空产业集群具有明显的优势,河南临空产业集群发展受到中央和地方政府的大力支持。河南出口型临空产业集群目前主要集聚在郑州航空港经济综合实验区。随着航空港经济综合实验区建设的全面启动,河南出口型临空产业集群也同步快速发展。然而,处于发展起步阶段的河南出口型临空产业集群存在一些亟待解决的问题:产业链不完整,配套设施、机构不完善,行政办事效率低下,招商、安商环境差,高端人才缺乏,集聚区产业单一等。这些问题是发展初期阶段不可避免的,政府及企业应及时发现问题、解决问题,真正实现郑州临空产业集群快速、高效发展。There are obvious advantages about building export-oriented industrial clusters in Henan prov- ince, the central and local governments are strongly supporting Airport development of industrial clusters in Henan province. Export-oriented airport industrial clusters in Henan province is mainly gathered in Zhengzhou airport economic comprehensive experimental zone. March 7, 2012 ＂Zhengzhou Airport Economic comprehen- sive experimental zone 2013--2025＂ plan was officially approved by the State Council. With the Airport Eco- nomic comprehensive experimental zone construction started, Henan export-oriented industrial clusters are also simultaneously, rapidly developing. However, there are some problems to be solved in the initial stage of de- velopment about export-oriented airport industrial clusters in Henan Province. These issues include： industry chain is not complete~ Administrative efficiency is low; Investment environment is poor; lack of high-end tal- ent; single industry gathering area and other issues. Causes of these problems are mainly the early stage of de- velopment, but the government and enterprises must quickly find the problems, clear and solve problems, and really perform the fast and efficient development path of Zhengzhou airport industrial clusters.
