摘　　要：结合某750k V输电线路工程现场气象勘测工作,选取线路沿线有代表性的气象站风速观测资料,采用P-Ⅲ型频率曲线和耿贝尔频率曲线法进行分析计算;并与全国基本风压数据、当地大风调查数据和已建线路运行情况相比较,得出了合理的设计风速结论,其结论可供设计人员和相关专业人员参考。Flight dispatcher plays a key role in the airline control center. The workload of them directly influences the efficiency of airlines. The workload can be divided into observable objective workload and cognitive subjective workload. Based on the principles of MBB and DORA, we divided it into 13 working processes, and determined the difficulty coefficient of each process through investigation and statistics. We calculated the workload of each flight dispatch through MMBB method, which may benefit the human resource allocation of flight dispatcher.
