摘　　要：基于商业银行利差主导型的盈利模式和非利差主导型的盈利模式,以及对中国商业银行利差主导型盈利模式现状的分析,就如何实现商业银行盈利模式转型的路径进行探讨,提出差异化培育核心竞争力的战略构想,促进资产证券化以及中间业务发展等策略建议。Based on the commercial bank＇s interest rate-oriented mode and non-profit-oriented model, as well as the analysis of the current situation of Chinese commercial banks, this paper discusses on how to achieve the transformation path of commercial bank profit model, proposes the strategic vision of differentiated cultivation of the core competence, and policy recommendations for promoting asset securitization and middle business development.
