摘  要:目的:建立阿戈美拉汀中微量镍的测定方法。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法,在221.648 nm处测定,用阿戈美拉汀炽灼后的残渣制备供试品溶液,采用标准曲线法测定镍的含量。结果:镍在0.025-1.000μg·ml^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),精密度RSD为0.63%,检出限为0.000 8μg·ml-1,定量限为0.003μg·ml-1,平均回收率为99.4%(RSD为2.20%,n=9)。结论:该法简便、灵敏、准确性好,可用于阿戈美拉汀中微量镍的测定。Objective : To establish a method for the determination of trace nickel in agomelatine. Methods: An inductive coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry method was applied in the determination at 221. 648 nm. The sample solution was prepared by the ignited residue of agomelatine. The content of nickel was determined using the standard curve. Results : The linear range was 0. 025- 1. 000 μg·ml^-1 ( r = 0. 999 8 ). The RSD of precision was 0.63%. The detection limit was 0.000 8 μg·ml^-1. The quantitative limit was 0. 003 μg·ml^-1. The average recovery was 99.4% with RSD of 2.20%. The RSD of repeatability was 1.33%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate in the determination of trace nickel in agomelatine.
