摘 要:压溃强度和含油率是影响含油轴承使用性能的主要指标,采用粉末冶金法制备了Al-Cu系含油轴承,通过光学显微镜、XRD、SWX数显式万能强度试验仪等设备和分析手段研究了Si和Mg对Al-Cu系合金含油轴承压溃强度与含油率的影响。结果表明,单独添加Si可以提高烧结坯的压溃强度,但会使烧结坯产生收缩,降低其含油率;单独添加Mg会使烧结坯膨胀,可以提高含油率,但会降低其压溃强度;同时添加Si和Mg,Mg引起的尺寸膨胀效应抵消了Si引起的尺寸收缩效应,烧结坯的含油率和压溃强度分别为18.7%和256N/mm2,综合性能最佳。Crushing strength and oil content are important for the oil bearing perform- ances. The A1-Cu oil bearing was prepared by the powder metallurgy method. The influence of Si and Mg additions on crushing strength and oil content were investigated by the optical microscope, XRD, and the SWX high performance ceramics compressive strength measure in- strument. The results show that the addition of Si causes the A1-Cu oil bearing strengthened evidently, the sintered samples shfinked and the oil content reduced drastically. Addition of Mg causes the sintered samples expanded, oil content increased and crushing strength re- duced. With combined addition of Si and Mg, the size expansion effect of Mg counteracts the contraction effect of Si. At that time, the A1-Cu oil bearing has the best overall performance, with the oil content and crushing strength of 18.7 % and 256 N/ram2, respectively.
