摘 要:针对甲苯甲醇择形甲基化技术在生产PX过程中具有甲苯利用率高的优势,提出了甲苯择形甲基化和重芳烃轻质化技术组合工艺方案,可替代芳烃联合装置中传统歧化单元。利用PRO/Ⅱ流程模拟软件研究了采用该组合工艺对芳烃联合装置产品产量和各单元装置规模的影响。研究表明,采用该组合工艺进行装置新建时,相对于传统歧化方案,对二甲苯产量增加约14%,苯产量下降约30%;组合工艺方案用于扩能改造时,在新增100 kt/a重芳烃资源的情况下,PX产品增加约22%,苯产量下降约24%;同时,芳烃联合装置中的对二甲苯分离、异构化以及二甲苯分馏等单元的负荷变化不大。该组合工艺结合了石油化工和煤化工技术,增加了芳烃资源,是一种具有良好工业应用前景的芳烃生产新工艺。As toluene methanol selective methylation process has the advantages of high toluene utilization rate in PX production, an integrated process combining toluene selective methylation process with heavy aro- matics to light aromatics process has been developed, which can replace the conventional disproportionation unit in the aromatic complex unit. The PRO/i[ process simulation software was applied to investigate the im- pact of the integrated process on the yield of products and the capacities of process units. The results of study show that the para-xylene (PX) production is increased by 14% and the benzene production is reduced by 30% when the integrated process is applied to build a new unit. When the integrated process is applied in an expansion unit, PX production is increased by 22% and benzene production is lowered by 24% in addition to the 100 kt/a heavy aromatics, while there are little variations in the loads of PX separation unit, isomerization unit and xylene fractionation unit. The integrated process can increase the aromatic resources through com- bined application of petrochemical technology and coal chemical technology. It is a state-of-art process of aro- matic production with good prospect in commercial application.
