摘  要:针对中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司的加氢处理装置,分析了原油切换对加氢处理装置影响并提出生产调整措施。数据表明,与管输油比较,长庆油组分稍轻,硫含量和酸值较低,水含量和盐含量较高;原料切换为长庆油后,平均脱硫率下降了18.6%,脱氮率下降了10.2%,产品硫质量仍过剩;但装置氢耗大幅降低,为制氢装置循环热备创造了条件;加氢反应器床层温升从24℃降为14℃,第一处床层温升从18℃降为12℃;反应器入口温度从360℃降为350℃,系统压力从10.0 MPa降到9.0 MPa;产品分馏塔入口温度下调10℃后,石脑油终馏点超标,产品分馏塔顶温度从(110±2)℃降为(106±2)℃;柴油加氢通过调整,耗氢量从25 dam3/h降为18dam3/h;制氢装置降负荷后可改为循环热备状态。For the hydrotreating units of SINOPEC Luoyang Company, the impacts of crude oil shift-over on the units are analyzed and operation adjustment measures are recommended. As compared with pipeline crude oil, the Changqing crude is lighter in component, lower in sulfur and TAN and higher in water and salt. After change-over of crude oil, the average sulfur removal rate is reduced by 18.6% and nitrogen removal rate is low- ered by 10.2%, and the sulfur in product oil still exceeds specification. Whereas, the hydrogen consumption of the units is greatly reduced, which provides good conditions for the hot hydrogen recycle of hydrogen generation plant. When the main process is shifted to process Changqing crude, the temperature rise in hydrogenation reac- tor bed is lowered to 14 ℃ from 24 ℃ and the temperature rise in first reactor bed is reduced to 12 ℃ from 18 ℃. The reactor inlet temperature is decreased to 350 ℃ from 360 ~2 and system pressure fails down from 10 MPa to 9.0 MPa. The inlet temperature of product fractionators is lowered by 10 ℃, the end point of naphtha exceeds the specification, the overhead temperature of product fractionators is lowered from (110 ± 2) ℃ to ( 106 ± 2) ℃ which is within specifications. After the refinery is shifted to process Changqing crude and adjust- ment of diesel oil hydrotreating unit, the hydrogen consumption of the unit is reduced from 25 dam3/h to 18 dam3/h. The throughput of hydrogen generation plant is finally reduced to the operation mode of hot hydrogen recycle.
