摘  要:炼油型重整装置脱庚烷塔底油(主要馏分是C8和C9)精制的目的是脱除C8馏分中的微量烯烃。对传统的非临氢脱烯烃精制工艺及其后脱烯烃工艺存在的问题进行分析后,提出了3种新的改进工艺。新工艺重点对C8馏分进行靶向式脱烯烃精制,不仅降低了需处理的精制原料量,还可以改善脱烯烃原料中重组分、胶质等方面性质,精制催化剂的寿命延长了5倍左右,使C8馏分二甲苯溴指数满足不大于50 mg Br/(100 g)的苛刻指标要求。The treatment of bottom oil (mainly Cs reformer (CCR) is to remove the trace olefins from C8 detailed analysis of the problems in conventional non-h and C9 ) of de-heptaner in refinery continuous catalytic fraction. 3 new improved processes are proposed after ydrogenation olefin removal process and post olefin re- moval process. In the new processes, the olefins are removed from C8 fraction through targeting reaction, which has not only reduced the feedstock flow of treatment but also improved the properties of heavy compo- nent, gum, etc. The service life of treatment catalyst is extended by about 5 times. The bromine index of xy- lene is no greater than 50 mgBr/( 100 g), which meets the requirement.
