摘　　要：当前,经济效益的风险、高校的力不从心、教师的学术危机、学生的困惑以及MOOC自身的缺陷等筑成了一堵制约MOOC本土化发展的围墙,剖析这些制约因素产生的原因是解决MOOC发展"外热内冷"尴尬局面的重要途径。通过建立分类收费制度,形成稳固的商业模式;健全准入机制,提高教育质量;完善立法,保障教师合法权益;打造多元联通的MOOC本土化平台,解决学生后顾之忧。通过实施这一系列措施,推动我国MOOC的迅速发展。The elements like the risk of economic benefit,the powerless of universities,the teacher＇s academic crisis,the student＇s confusion and the MOOC＇s disadvantages and so on make a wall which restricts the development of the MOOC.Analysis of the causes of these constraints is the vital ap-proach to resolve the awkward situation of MOOC.The classification of charging system must be es-tablished to form a solid business model and the advanced access mechanism is the key to improve the education quality.We also should perfect legislation to ensure the rights of teachers,create a multiple and connected MOOC＇s localization platform to solve student＇s worries behind,carry out the offline community to strengthen experiment ability and so on to promote MOOC＇s development in China.
