摘　　要：艾滋病(AIDS)合并尖锐湿疣阳性率较高。且与不良预后(致癌)密切相关。中西医结合治疗AIDS合并尖锐湿疣的疗效肯定,其作用机制值得进一步研究。AIDS正是由于存在阴气虚的情况,所以卫气抗邪的结局总是不能清除艾滋病病毒(HIV),且容易导致其他阳毒例如人类乳头状病毒(HPV)的二重感染,机体为气虚浊留病情迁延不愈。阴气虚是AIDS合并尖锐湿疣的主要特点,中医的"消荫翳解阴毒"和"补肾生髓"疗法,应为AIDS行之有效的治疗方法。中医认为,HIV、HPV分属阴毒和阳毒,文从阴阳毒病因和分子免疫学的角度,对AIDS合并尖锐湿疣病机的现代物质基础研究进行阐述。Objective The concurrent infection of acquired immune deficiency syndrome （AIDS） and high posi- tive rates of genital warts is closely related to a poor prognosis Like the carcinogenic risk. Chinese medicine hasa manifestly curative effect on the AIDS disease and its mechanism is certainly worthy of further study. Methods Chi- nese medicine believes that the human immunodeficiency virus （HIV） virus is Yin pathogens, and human papiloma- virus（HPV） is Yang pathogens. The paper reviews the literatures of the yin and yang toxic etiology and the molecu- lar immunology mechanism associated with the concurrent infection of AIDS and genital warts. Result Due to the presence of yin deficiency, the immune function of the body is hard to eliminate HIV virus, and this easily leads to other double infections such as the superinfection of HPV, etc. Conclusion Yin deficiency is the main feature of the concurrent infection of AIDS and genital warts, the TCM therapy methods of ＂eliminating Yin pathogens＂ and ＂ton- ifying the kidney to regenerate bone marrow＂ should be effective treatments for AIDS.
