摘　　要：【目的】探讨外周血淋巴细胞与不孕症患者盆腔粘连及妊娠率的关系。【方法】收集2008年12月至2009年11月不孕症住院患者的基本信息,行宫腹腔镜联合手术探查盆腔状况。通过血常规检测淋巴细胞数量,按照淋巴细胞异常界值百分比分为正常组(即≤40%)和增高组(即>40%)。【结果】两组患者无特殊的临床特征分布,两组患者与盆腔粘连评分等级之间分布有差别(P<0.05),淋巴细胞增高组自然妊娠率低于正常组(P<0.001)。【结论】外周血淋巴细胞异常可能与不孕症有相关关系。[Objective]To explore the relationship between peripheral blood lymphocytes and pelvic adhesion and pregnancy rate of in- fertility patients. [ Methods ] Basic information of hospitalized patients with infertility between December 2008 and November 2009 was collected. Laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy was applied to detect their pelvic conditions. Lymphocyte percent was determined by blood routine test. According to abnormal lymphocyte percentage, there were two groups： normal group （≤40）and high index group （〉 40）; [Results] There was no special distribution of clinical features in two groups. The grades of pelvic adhesion between the two groups showed statistically difference （P〈0.05）. Natural conception ratio in high index group was lower than that in normal group （P〈 0.001）.[ Conclusions ] Abnormal peripheral blood lymphoeytes may be correlated with infertility.
