武警某部官兵就医行为及相关因素调查

摘　　要：【目的】了解武警部队官兵就医行为,分析其相关因素,为部队卫生服务工作提供科学参考依据。【方法】采用现场问卷调查法,对驻津武警部队582名官兵就医行为及影响因素进行调查。【结果】本次调查582名武警官兵过去1年就医1 866人次,未就医359人次;其中803人次在中队卫生室就医(43.03%),418人次在支队卫生队就医(22.40%),45人次在师医院就医(占2.41%),600人次(32.16%)在地方医院就医;经常就诊325人(55.84%),有时就诊171人(29.38%),很少就诊66人(11.34%),从不就诊20人(3.44%);疾病特征(疾病结构、自感严重程度),卫生机构(技术水平、服务质量),就医便利程度(就医距离、费用分担)3个方面影响官兵就医行为。【结论】武警某部官兵患病后就医率高,基层卫生机构卫生服务利用高,就地医疗比例较高,应加强基层卫生机构建设,着力提高卫生服务技术水平和医务人员服务质量,进一步发挥基层卫生机构作用。[ Objective ]To investigate the medicine seeking behavior for Armed Policemen and analyze the related factors, which may pro- vide the scientific evidences for the health service. [ Methods ] A total of 582 Armed Policemen in Tianjin were investigated with a ques- tionnaire about the behavior of receiving medical treatment and its related factors. [ Results ] in this survey, 582 Armed Policemen sought medical advice for about 1 866 person-time and 359 person-time without medical treatment during last year. Among them, 803 person- time in the squadron health room（43.03%）, 418 person-time in the detachment health room（22.40%）, 45 person-time in the division hospi- tals and 600 person-time in the local hospitals. 325 of Armed Policemen often went to a doctor（55.84%）, 171 sometimes（29.38%）, 66 sel- dom（1.34%） and only 20 of them never saw a doctor. The influence factors of medicine seeking behavior were disease characteristics （struc- ture of the disease and severity of self-sensation）, health institutions （technical level and quality of service） and convenience of seeking medical advice （distance and cost-sharing）. [Conclusions ] The rates of seeking medical advice is high in Armed Policemen, the health services utilization increase significantly and the proportion of on-site medical treatment is on the rise. In order to make the primary health institution work more effectively, the construction and technical level and quality of medical services should be improved.
