糖尿病性颅神经病变患者的预后危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析糖尿病性颅神经病变患者的预后危险因素。方法:选取2008年1月到2014年8月期间我院收治的101例糖尿病性颅神经病变的患者为观察组,选取同期无神经病变的糖尿病患者为对照组。比较两组患者的临床资料和糖脂代谢水平,记录观察组患者的临床表现、颅脑血流水平和预后。分析患者的预后危险因素。结果:两组患者的性别、年龄和BMI无统计学差异(P>0.05),高血压、冠心病发生率具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组患者的病程、FPG、Hb A1c和血脂异常率具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。不同性别、病程和受累神经的患者的预后无明显差异(P>0.05);不同年龄、既往病史、血脂、FPG、Hb A1c、病变范围和颅脑血流减低的患者的预后具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:患者预后与年龄、既往病史、糖脂代谢、病变范围和颅脑血流减低相关。Objective： To analyse the prognostic risk factors of patients with diabetic cranial neuropathy.Methods：From Jaunary 2008 to August 2014,101 patients with diabetic cranial neuropathy were chosen as study group,100 patients with diabetes mellitus were chosen as control group.The clinical features and the level of glucose-lipid metabolism of two groups were compared;the clinicla manifistation,brain perfusion and prognosis were documented.The prognostic risk factors of study group were analysed.Results：The difference of sex gender,age and BMI between two groups had statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）,the rate of hypertension and that of coronory heart disease of two groups had statistical difference（P ＆lt; 0.05）.The course of disease,FPG,HbA1c and rate of dyslipidemia of two groups had statistical difference（P 〉0.05）. The prognosis of patients with different sexual gender,course of disease and involved nerves had no statistical difference（P 〈 0.05）. The prognosis of patients with different age,medical history,blood lipid,FPG,HbA1c,extent of disease and decrease of brain perfusion had statistical significance（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The prognosis of patients is related to the age,medical history,glucose-lipid metabolism,extent of disease and decrease of brain perfusion.
