升清降浊益气补血法治疗气血两虚型结肠慢传输型便秘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨升清降浊益气补血法治疗气血两虚型结肠慢传输型便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年3月~2014年1月气血两虚型结肠慢传输型便秘患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对两组患者的临床疗效及中医证候疗效,治疗组治疗后症状积分,两组治疗前后肝功能ALT,肾功能BUN、Cr及远期疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组的临床疗效总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:气血两虚型结肠慢传输型便秘采用升清降浊益气补血法治疗,临床疗效显著。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of ascending the clear and descending the turbid and Invigorating qi and blood in the treatment of colonic slow transit constipation with syndrome of qi and blood deficiency.Methods：60 patients with colonic slow transit constipation with syndrome of qi and blood deficiency were selected in 2012 March^2014 January,and,were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The clinical curative effect and TCM syndrome curative effect of patients in the two groups,the symptom scores of the treatment group after treatment,the ALT of liver function BUN,Cr and the long-term curative effect of renal function before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,significantly higher than the control group of 80%,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The colon slow transit constipation with syndrome of qi and blood deficiency by ascending the clear and descending the turbid and Invigorating qi and blood therapy has remarkable clinical curative effect.
