血栓心脉宁联合西药治疗冠心病疗效及预后观察

摘　　要：目的:观察血栓心脉宁联合西药治疗冠心病的疗效及预后。方法:将68例诊断为冠心病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予以常规冠心病二级预防药物治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用血栓心脉宁片每次2粒,每日3次口服,观察治疗前后患者6个月内心绞痛发作、心电图心肌缺血改善及心血管事件发生的情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.7%,疗效明显优于对照组66.7%(P<0.05),治疗组心血管事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病患者在常规治疗基础上加用血栓心脉宁片,可以明显缓解临床症状,改善预后。Objective： To observe the curative effect and prognosis of Xueshuanxinmaining combining Western medicine in treatment of coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods：CHD patients （n=68） were rabdomly divided into Control group treated with conventional secondary prevention of CHD and Treatment Group treated with Xueshuanxinmaining combining Western medicine. The changes of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram myocardial ischemia improved and cardiovascular events were compared between two groups in 6 months.Results：The Treatment Group with the effective power 86.7% were obviously better than the Control group with the effective power 66.7% （P ＆lt; 0.05）. The incidence of cardiovascular events of Treatment Group was lower than Control group （P ＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion： Xueshuanxinmaining combining conventional treatment on CHD can significantly relieve symptoms and improve prognosis.
