甘露聚糖肽胶囊联合伐昔洛韦治疗生殖器疱疹90例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察甘露聚糖肽胶囊联合伐昔洛韦片治疗生殖器疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将90例我院皮肤科就诊的生殖器疱疹患者,随机均分为试验组(60例)和对照组(30例),所有病例均给予常规治疗,口服盐酸伐昔洛韦片,治疗组加服甘露降糖肽胶囊,对照组加服匹多莫德胶囊。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组患者显效、总有效率均显著提高。两组总有效率、开始结痂时间、开始脱痂时间、完全脱痂时间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后Ig G、Ig A、Ig M、中性粒细胞比例、补体C3显著升高(P<0.05),经过1年时间的随访,发现治疗组年复发次数为(0.94±0.72)次,较对照组(2.03±0.95)显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:甘露聚糖肽胶囊联合伐昔洛韦治疗生殖器疱疹,能提高临床疗效,缩短治愈时间,降低复发率。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of mannatide capsule combined with valaciclovir tablets in the treatment of genital herpes.Methods：90 patients with genital herpes were randomly divided into treatment group（60 cases）and control group （30 cases）. Based on the conventional therapy, Treatment group applied mannatide capsule and valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets, and the control group applied pidotimod capsules and valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets.Results：Compared with control group, the efficiency and total efficiency of treatment group were significantly increased. The total effective rate, the time of scab turning on and off, and scab totally turning off time of two groups were statistically significantly different （P 〈 0.05）.Compared with control group, the IgG, IgA, IgM, neutrophil ratio,C3 of treatment group were significantly higher after treatment （P 〈 0.05）.The recurrence frequency of the treatment group was （0.94±0.72） times which was significantly lower compared with the control group of （2.03±0.95） times （P 〈 0.05） after 1-year follow-up visit.Conclusion：Mannatide capsule combined with valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets to treat genital herpes can improve the clinical efficacy, shorten the healing time, and reduce the relapse frequency.
