摘　　要：目的:利用克隆号HAb18G检测CD147在子宫内膜样腺癌、非典型增生及正常子宫内膜中的表达情况。方法:分析于广州医科大学附属第三医院收集的从2007-2012年利用免疫组化SP法检测的30例正常子宫内膜(17例增殖期,13例分泌期),30例子宫内膜非典型增生和70例子宫内膜样腺癌中CD147的表达情况,并探讨子宫内膜样腺癌CD147表达情况与临床病理参数之间关系。结果:70例子宫内膜样腺癌中44例表达CD147(62.8%),CD147表达与临床分期和淋巴结转移相关,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但与病理分级无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);正常子宫内膜中,基底层腺体呈阳性表达,功能层呈阴性表达;与正常子宫内膜功能层相比,子宫内膜非典型增生和子宫内膜样腺癌CD147表达显著高于正常子宫内膜。结论:CD147在子宫内膜样腺癌和非典型增生中高表达,并且与肿瘤临床分期和淋巴结转移相关,在子宫内膜功能层低或不表达,具有鉴别诊断意义;CD147在正常子宫内膜基底层腺体中表达,提示这些腺体可能具有干细胞功能。Objective To study and detect the CD147 expression in normal endometrium, atypical proliferation and endometrioid adenocarcinoma by using monoclonal antibody HAb18 G. Methods Antibody CD147 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 30 cases of normal endometrium, 30 atypical proliferation and 70 endometrioid adenocarcinomas. The relationship between CD147 expression and clinical pathological parameters for endometrioid adenocarcinomas was studied. Results In 70 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinomas, 44 were CD147 positive（62.8 %）, and CD147 expression was signifi cantly related with clinical stages and metastasis of lymphonodes（P 〈 0.05）, independent of pathological grades（P〉 0.05）. In normal endometrium, some glands in basal layer were CD147 positive while glands in functional layer were negative.Conclusions CD147 is highly expressed in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and atypical proliferation, while negative in normal functional endometrium. It is verifi ed that CD147 can be a diagnostic marker for different diagnosis. CD147 is positively expressed in glands of basal layer in normal endometrium, which is suggested that these glands maybe have stem-cell like function.
