微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定苜蓿草颗粒中铅的含量

摘  要:文章提出了微波消解一火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定苜蓿草颗粒中铅含量的方法。样品用硝酸及过氧化氢作为溶剂,使用微波消解仪消解,消解液蒸缩至2~3mL后,加水定容至25mL,用原子吸收分光光度计,在波长为285.3nm处,以空气一乙炔火焰测定铅的吸光度,用标准曲线法计算测定结果。在优化的试验条件下,测得方法的检出限为:0.49mg/吨,回收率为96.2%~105.O%,相对标准偏差为5.8%。A method for determination of lead(Pb) in alfalfa pellets by microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry was established in the artical. The alfalfa pellet samples were digested with HNO3 and H2O2 by microwave digestion. The digestion solution was evaporated to 2-3 mL, and then diluted to 25 mL with H20. The solution obtained was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry with air-acetylene burner at the wavelength of 283.3nm, and computered with standard curve method.Under the optimum conditions, the detection limit of the method was found to be 0.49 mg/kg. The average recoveries obtained ranged from 96.2%-105.0 %, with the relative standard deviations 3.8 %.
