指掌骨骨折牵引固定器临床应用体会

摘　　要：目的：探究牵引固定器在指掌骨骨折治疗中的应用体会。方法选取2014年2月～2015年2月我院收治的84例指掌骨骨折的患者，用牵引固定器治疗，分析治疗过程，总结治疗的效果，统计治疗的有效率，得出结论。结果84例患者中手指功能出现显效的有76例，占90.5%；手指功能好转的又4例，占4.8%。治疗一周后，手指功能无改善并且出现恶化的有4例，占4.8%，牵引固定器治疗指掌骨骨折的总有效率为95.2%。结论牵引固定器固定指掌骨骨折的效率高，安全性高，副作用少。Objective To explore the application of traction fixation in the treatment of metacarpal fractures.Methods From February 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital,84 cases of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures in patients with traction fixation treatment process,analyzed,summarized the treatment effect,the statistical treatment efficiency.Results A total of 84 cases of patients with finger function in 76 cases markedly effective（90.5%）,finger function improved and 4 cases,accounting for 4.8%,a week after treatment,the function of the fingers had no obvious improvement and deterioration of the 4 cases,accounting for 4.8% of total effective rate,traction fixator for the treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures was 95.2%. Conclusion The traction fixation of metacarpal fractures to high efficiency,high safety,less side effects.
