淋巴细胞亚群检测在再生障碍性贫血中相关变化及分析研究

摘　　要：目的再生障碍性贫血(AA)引发人体细胞和体液免疫功能紊乱。本研究通过流式细胞仪(FCM)来测定CD3、CD4、CD8细胞变化情况,从而提示淋巴细胞亚群比例失衡,体内细胞,体液免疫功能紊乱;且和病情轻重程度成正相关关系。通过对淋巴细胞亚群检测结果分析,针对AA诊断,治疗及预后生存率的相关分析具有重要的临床价值。方法通过荧光标记单克隆抗体的方法对外周血中单个核细胞进行标记,然后在FCM上测定CD3、CD4、CD8细胞的百分数,对淋巴细胞亚群进行检测分析。结果 AA进展期发现CD4+细胞减少,CD8+细胞升高,CD4+/CD8+比值减小;而此时IFN-r和TNF-ɑ造血抑制因子分泌增多。结论淋巴细胞亚群的免疫异常引发了一系列变化,这些均参与了骨髓衰竭的发生,提示体内细胞和体液免疫功能紊乱。Objective Aplastic anemia（AA）trigger the body＇s cels and humoral immune function disorder. Get through CD3、CD4、CD8 T cel situation changes of FCM,Hint T cell subset ratio unbalance,humoral immunologic function in a mess,and state of an illness weight succeed positive correlation,AA diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of survival have clinical value.MethodsGet through monoclonal antibody way mark,reaction to lymphocyte subpopulation detection analysis of FCM,measure T cel fraction. Results AA CD4、CD8T cel remarkabled variation of progressive, CD4 T cell cuts down, CD8 T cell to put on,IFN-r and TNF-ɑ inhibiting factor increase of hematopoiesis.Conclusion Hint humoral immunologic function in a mess,T cel dysimmunity incur a series of change,take part in bone marrow prostrated and AA over al process.
