观察镇静剂在角膜上皮剥脱辅助治疗方面的效果

摘　　要：目的观察镇静剂在角膜上皮剥脱辅助治疗方面的效果。方法选取我院接受角膜上皮剥脱治疗的患者70例,将两组患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各有患者35例,对照组患者采用氧氟沙星滴眼液配合红霉素眼膏;观察组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上辅助使用舒乐安定。结果观察组总愈合率为97.14%;对照组患者总愈合率为91.42%,观察组患者愈合率高于对照组患者愈合率(P<0.05)。结论镇静剂对角膜上皮剥脱患者进行辅助治疗,效果较好,患者对治疗也较为满意,在将来的角膜上皮脱落患者的治疗中,可将镇静剂作为辅助治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of sedative to adjuvant therapy in peel off corneal epithelium.Methods Selected our hospital corneal epithelial exfoliation treatment of 70 patients,two patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 35 patients,the control group were treated with ofloxacin eye drops with hongmeisu yangao,the patients in the observation group patients in the control group based on the use of adjuvant therapy of estazolam. Results In the observation group,the total cure rate was 97.14%,the control group of patients with total healing rate was 91.42%,healing rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group patients （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Exfoliative patients treated with adjuvant therapy of corneal epithelium,sedative effect,patients are more satisfied with the treatment,in the future in the treatment of patients with corneal epithelial shedding,the sedative as adjuvant therapy for promotion in clinical treatment.
