摘　　要：目的：观察康惠尔水胶体敷料固定静脉留置针对静脉炎的预防效果。方法选取我科室2013年8月～2014年8月使用静脉留置针患者200例，随机分普通组和观察组，观察两组的敷料对静脉炎的预防效果。普通组采用无菌敷贴固定静脉留置针，观察组采用康惠尔水胶体透明贴固定静脉留置针。比较两组患者5 d后发生静脉炎的人次频率及两组患者对静脉输液的满意度。结果两组相比较，观察组静脉炎的发生率低于普通组，观察组患者对静脉输液满意度高于普通组。结论康惠尔水胶体贴的使用，降低了静脉炎的发生率，提高了患者的满意率。ObjectiveTo observe the preventive effect of hong whirlpool transparent hydrocoloid paste for fixing venous remaining needle on phlebitis.Methods A total of 200 patients,treated with venous remaining needle from August 2013 to August 2014,were selected from our department. The patients were divided into two groups：general group（n=100）and control group（n=100）. To observed the preventive effect of the paste on phlebitis 5 days after injection. The general group was given ordinary transparent paste and the control group,hong whirlpool transparent hydrocoloid paste. Comparing the effects of treatment and satisfaction of the two groups.ResultsCompared with the normal control group,the occurrence rate of phlebitis in the control group was lower than normal group,and satisfaction of the control group was better than normal group. Conclusion Whirlpool transparent stickers can effectively reduce the incidence of phlebitis in patients,to improve the satisfaction of the patients.
