摘　　要：目的：探讨CDIC种植体联合磁性固位覆盖义齿患者的护理方法。方法选取2010年8月～2012年8月于我院进行治疗的牙缺失患者10例，采用CDIC组合式种植体联合磁性固位覆盖义齿进行修复，针对性实施术前术中术后的修复护理，观察修复效果。结果18枚种植体均骨结合稳定，磁性基台清洁。未发生种植体四周炎症、磁性吸附体及消磁等情况。义齿佩戴位置固定良好，咀嚼功能良好。结论针对性的护理措施能够提高CDIC种植体联合磁性固位覆盖义齿患者的治疗效果。ObjectiveTo study the nursing for patients of receiving CDIC implant combined with magnetic attachment overlay denture.Methods Ten patients with tooth loss treated from August 2010 to August 2012 in our hospital were selected and received the restoration of CDIC implant combined with magnetic attachment overlay denture. The restoration effects before and after the specific nursing were observed.ResultsFor 18 implants,the synosteosis was stable and magnetic base was clear. Around the implants,there was no inflammation,magnetic adsorption and demagnetization,etc. The denture was fixed wel with good masticatory function.Conclusion The specific nursing can significantly improve the treatment effect for patients of receiving CDIC implant combined with magnetic attachment overlay denture.
