摘　　要：目的：探讨护理干预对泌尿外科腹腔镜手术临床治疗效果的影响。方法按照随时数字表法将我院2014年3月～2015年3月期间接受泌尿外科腹腔镜手术的122例患者分为对照组和干预组，对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理基础上实施护理干预。结果干预组患者平均住院时间、术中出血量、术后并发症发生率以及护理满意度等优于对照组，两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者实施护理干预可有效缩短住院时间、减少术中出血量以及提高患者对护理服务的满意度。Objective To investigate the nursing intervention on clinical urological laparoscopic surgery treatment.MethodsA total of 122 patients in March 2014 to March 2015 during urological laparoscopic surgery were divided into a control group and the intervention group and the control group for patients with routine care,observation of patients in routine care foundation on the implementation of nursing intervention.Results The average length of stay of patients in the intervention group,blood loss,postoperative morbidity and nursing satisfaction was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion For urological laparoscopic surgery for patients with nursing intervention can effectively shorten hospital stays,reduce blood loss and improve patient satisfaction with care.
