浅谈心血管病护理中的问题及对策

摘　　要：目的：对心血管疾病护理中存在的问题进行分析和探讨，并且提出解决的对策。方法选取我院2012年4月～2013年4月的心血管疾病护理工作过程中出现的不良事件进行回顾性分析，对护理问题进行总结，并提出有效的预防措施。结果在这一年的时间内，我院发生不良事件共有24例，其中患者出现跌倒事故有6例，患者对护理人员的护理态度不满意者为8例，对健康教育不满意的患者为10例。结论我院对心血管疾病护理过程中出现的主要问题为健康教育不足、对风险的预防措施不够，因此我院应该有效提高护理人员的管理工作，针对存在的问题，完善我院的护理工作。Objective Analyze and discuss the problems in the cardiovascular disease nursing,and put forward the corresponding solving countermeasures. MethodsSelected the adverse events in the course of nursing of cardiovascular disease（CVD）from April 2012 to April 2013 in our hospital with a retrospective analysis,summarize nursing problems,and put forward effective prevention measures.ResultsAt this time of the year in our hospital,a total of 24 cases of adverse events,which were faling accident in 6 cases,nursing attitude of patients to nursing staff is not satisfactory in 8 cases,not satisfied with the health education of patients of 10 cases. ConclusionOur main questions are the process of cardiovascular care for health education,and the lack of the risk prevention measures. So we should improve the management of the nursing work. In view of the existing problems,improve our nursing work in our hospital.
