摘　　要：目的研究在肠造口患者的护理过程中使用奥瑞姆护理的效果。方法收集肠造口患者共100例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例,对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组使用奥瑞姆护理模式。结果观察组患者的舒适度优于对照组,观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对肠造口患者实施奥瑞姆护理,能够有效促进患者康复。Objective To study the effect of nursing process in the use of the orem nursing of colostomy patients.Methods A total of 60 cases of colostomy patients,randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 30 cases,control group patients were given routine nursing,the observation group used the orem nursing mode.Results In the observation group was significantly better than that of the comfort of the patients in control group,patients in the observation group the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group,P〈 0.05.Conclusion The implementation of the orem nursing of colostomy patients,can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients.
