摘 要:目的探究脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)在2型糖尿病患者中的浓度变化情况及其临床意义。方法选择90例进行检查的2型糖尿病患者作为观察组,选择同一时间进行健康体检的90例志愿者作为对照组。检测其LPL浓度变化以及甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)等血脂水平情况,比较两组之间的差异。结果观察组患者的LPL、HDL-C水平明显低于对照组,TG、Hb A1c水平则明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的TC、LDL-C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者的脂蛋白脂酶浓度降低,其活性明显下降,导致TG分解代谢降低从而出现高TG血症,TG向HDL-C转化速度改变,造成HDL-C水平显著降低。这可能是导致动脉粥样硬化的主要原因之一。Objective To investigate concentration change and its clinical significance of lipoprotein lipase (LPL) in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.Methods There were 90 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in observation group, and 90 healthy people in the same period in control group. Detection was made on changes of LPL concentration and blood lipid levels of triglyceride (TG), serum total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c). Differences between the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had lower levels of LPL and HDL-C, and higher levels of TG and HbA1c than the control group. The difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). There was no statistically significant difference of serum TC and LDL-C levels between the two groups (P〉0.05).Conclusion Decreased LPL concentration in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients leads to its activity decline, thus TG catabolism will be reduced along with hypertriglyceridemia, which will cause significant reduce of HDL-C level. This process may be one of the reasons for inducing atherosclerosis.
