摘 要:目的:探讨人血清IL-4和IL-13水平以及EBV感染在过敏性皮炎发生中的作用,分析过敏性皮炎患者EBV感染与患者血清IL-4和IL-13水平的相互关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测30例过敏性皮炎患者和40例健康对照组血清IL-4和IL-13水平以及血清EB病毒早期抗原抗体EA—IgM和EA—Igh以及衣壳抗原抗体VCA—IgM,VCA—IgA和VCA-IgG含量,并进行相关性研究。结果:过敏性皮炎患者血清IL-4(9.40±3.35pg/ml),IL-13(4.62±1.00pg/ml),EA-IgM(4.38±3.39U/ml),EA—IgA(1.46±0.36U/m1)和VCA—IgM(8.49±2.71U/m1)水平明显高于正常对照组(3.88±1.73pg/ml,2.87±1.08pg/ml,2.68±1.12U/ml,1.29±0.29U/m1和5.61±1.95U/ml:P〈0.001,P〈0.001,P〈0.05,P〈0.05和P〈0.001)。过敏性皮炎患者血清VCA—IgA和VCA—IgG水平分别为5.78±3.26U/ml和109.86±74.43U/ml,对照组血清VCA—IgA和VCA—IgG水平分别为8.01±19.30U/ml和121.48±122.11U/ml,统计学分析表明两组间无显著性差异(P均〉0.05)。患者血清IL-4和IL-13水平与EBV抗体EA—IgM,EA—IgA,VCA—IgM,VCA—IgA以及VCA—IgG水平无明显相关性(P均〉0.05)。结论:过敏性皮炎的发生发展可能与血清IL-4和IL-13水平升高有关;过敏性皮炎患者存在EBV的活动性感染;EBV感染可能不是导致过敏性皮炎患者血清IL-4和IL-13水平升高的影响因素。Objective To investigate the association of IL-4 and IL-13 level in serum and EBV infection in the development of atopic dermatitis. To analysis the correlations between EBV infection and IL-4 and IL-13 level in serum in patients with atopic dermatitis.Methods The serum levels of IL-4 and IL-13 and the serum contents of antibodies against F.BV early antigen EA-IgM and EA-IgA and viral capsid antigen VCA-IgM,VCA-IgA and VCA-IgG of 30 atopic dermatitis patients and 40 healthy controls were detected using ELISA. Results The serum levels of IL-4, IL-13, EA-IgM, EA-IgA and VCA-IgM in the atopic dermatitis group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.001,P 〈0.001,P〈0.05,P〈0.05 and P〈0,001). The EBV VCA-IgA and VCA-IgG levels of the atopic dermatitis group and control group in serum were 5.78±3.26U/ml and 109.83±74.43U/ml, 8.01±19.30U/ml and 121.48±122.11U/ml respectively, there was not significantly difference between two groups.There was no association between IL-4, IL-13 and EBV EA- IgM, EA-IgA, VCA-IgM,VCA-IgA and VCA-IgG in patients with atopic dermatitis (P〉0.05). Conclusion The occurrence and development of atopic dermatitis was probably concerned with the increased expression of IL-4 and IL-13 in serum. The EBV active infection was exist in atopic dermatitis patients.The EBV infection may not be influencing factor what result in the increased expression of IL-4 and IL-13 in serum in atopic dermatitis patients.
