湖南高校高水平运动队的建设现状和展望

摘　　要：运用问卷调查和专家访谈法,在总结了近几年湖南高校竞技体育发展成果和高水平运动队建设成效的基础上,就项目布局不合理、重建设轻申报、经费投入不足、教练员队伍薄弱、运动员来源不稳定等几个方面分析了湖南高校高水平运动队建设的不足,并从对接湖南竞技体育精品工程战略、加强项目布局的调控、校体企三结合、多渠道选拔教练员和运动员等几方面提出湖南省高校高水平建设的几点建议。With the methods of literature review, logic reasoning, questionnaire survey, and expert interviews, the paper concludes the developing and constructing achievements of competitive sports in universities of Hunan province in recent years. It analyzes the constructive deficiency from the aspects of unreasonable project layout, the problem of paying more attention to construction but less to application, lack of funding, weak coach teams, and unstable athlete source. Some suggestions are put forward in this paper, such as the excellent project strategy of Hunan competitive sports, regulation of the project layout, combination of the school, the PE department and the enterprises, and selecting coaches from more channels.
