摘  要:以电熔刚玉、α-Al2O3、锆英石、活性炭和天然石墨为原料,镍粉为添加剂,采用反应烧结法在1 500℃保温3 h制备出低碳Al2O3-ZrO2-SiC-C复合耐火材料。对其相组成、烧结性和常温耐压强度进行了研究。结果表明,制备的耐火材料主要由刚玉、t-Zr0.92Y0.08O1.96、β-SiC和石墨组成;添加镍粉可改善耐火材料的烧结性,显著提高其耐压强度;添加质量分数为5%的镍粉后,材料的耐压强度达26.5 MPa,约是不含添加剂试样的2.6倍。Abstract: Low-carbon Al2O3-ZrO2-SiC-C refractories were fabricated via a reaction sintering process, using fused corundum, α-Al2O3, ZrSiO4, active carbon and natural graphite as main starting materials, nickel powder as additive. Phase composition, sintering properties and cold crushing strength were investigated. The research results show that the as-prepared refractories mainly consist of corundum, t-Zr0.92Y0.08O1.96、β-SIC and graphite. The sintering properties and crushing strength can be increased. The crushing strength of the sample doped with 5% nickel powder reaches 26.5 MPa, which is 2.6 times as high as that of the sample without nickel addition.
