摘  要:连铸机中间包塞棒机构一般多采用螺栓固定并通过钳臂上直通槽的结构进行固定和位置调整,但该种结构易发生螺栓松脱,导致塞棒滑脱事故。通过对塞棒的安装方式进行改进,将钳臂的槽口改为L型,同时在塞棒上加装凸台垫圈,利用两者转弯半径的不同来实现对塞棒行进路线进行限制固定,确保塞棒不会发生脱落。通过介绍为同型连铸机塞棒安装方式提供可靠的实施依据。The bolted structure were adopted usually in the caster tundish stopper mechanism, the stopper were fixed and adjusted by usually adopts the straight slot structure in the clamp arm, but the structure was easy to loose, then stopper slip accident would happened. The installation method of the stopper was improved, the notch of clamp arm was instead with L type, at the same time the boss washer was installed in the stopper, the stopper route was limited and fixed by the difference of turning radius. These ensure that the stopper will not fall off. The reliable implementing basis for the same type stopper in- stallation method is introduced.
