摘 要:为了在都市区TOD走廊内合理地配置公共交通设施,协调乘客、运营企业与政府的三方利益需求,考虑客运线路的乘客盈余、企业运营利润、环境污染和能源消耗引起的外部成本等指标,以客运线路长度、车头时距、票价为决策变量,构建了TOD走廊公共交通方式选择的社会效用最大化模型,并以镇江都市区东翼客运走廊为例进行模型应用.研究结果表明,模型充分体现了TOD走廊的站点空间辐射、生态低碳等特征,一体化考量了公共交通方式的战略选择与公共客运线路的运营参数设计问题,对TOD走廊公共交通方式选择方案的决策具有指导意义.In order to reasonably allocate public transportation facilities in transit-oriented development( TOD) corridor of metropolitan area and coordinate the tripartite interests among passengers,operator and government,a social utility maximization model of public transportation mode choice in TOD corridor is constructed. This model considers the indexes of consumer surplus,profit of the operator,external costs of environmental pollution and energy consumption,and takes the line length,headway,and fare as decision variables. The passenger corridor in the east flank of Zhenjiang metropolitan area is taken as an example. The investigation results showthat the model fully reflects the TOD corridor characteristics of site space radiation,low-carbon and ecology,and integratively considers both public transportation mode choice and operation parameters of public passenger line. It's instructive for the decision-making of public transportation mode choice in TOD corridor.
