大承气汤对危重症患者胃肠功能衰竭防治作用研究

摘　　要：目的：研究大承气汤对危重症患者胃肠功能衰竭的防治作用。方法回顾性分析2011－12～2014－12间本院ICU收治的112例危重症患者的临床资料，按是否发生肠胃功能障碍将其分为预防组与对照组，每组各56例。预防组入院后立即予以大承气汤治疗，对照组均予以生理盐水治疗，对出现肠胃功能障碍者予以大承气汤，分析两组治疗效果。结果预防组胃肠功能障碍发生率低于对照组，胃液pH值高于对照组，且对照组中胃肠功能障碍者治疗后胃肠功能恢复，胃液pH值高于治疗前，比较差异均具统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论大承气汤在危重症患者的胃肠功能衰竭防治方面具有积极意义，可有效减少胃肠功能衰竭的发生，平衡患者胃液酸碱度。Objective To study the preventive and therapeutic effect of Dachengqi Decoction for the treatment of critical gastrointestinal failure.Methods The clinical data of 112 cases of patients in critical conditions treated in the ICU of our hospital from December 2011 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed, which then according to the occurrence or absence of gastrointestinal dysfunction in the pa-tients were divided into a prevention group and a control group, each with 56 cases.Patients in the prevention group were given Dachengqi Decoction immediately after being admitted to ICU, whereas patients with the occurrence of gastrointestinal dysfunction in the control group were treated with Dachengqi Decoction.The treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The incidence of gastrointestinal dysfunction in the prevention group was lower than that in the control group, and the pH value of gastric juice of patients in the prevention group was higher than that in the control group.Besides, after the treatment, the gastrointestinal function of those with gastrointestinal dys-function in the control group was recovered, and the pH value of gastric juice was higher than before treatment.The above differences were all statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Dachengqi Decoction is of positive significance in the prevention and treatment of crit-ically ill patients with gastrointestinal function failure, which can effectively reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal function failure and bal-ance the pH value of gastric juice in the patients.
