摘　　要：目的：探究女性在围绝经期前后骨密度（ BMD）与卵泡刺激素（ FSH）、血清雌二醇（ E2）的关系。方法选择2012－01～2014－05间在我院接受治疗的305例更年期女性，根据绝经前后分为观察组（绝经时间＜12个月）178例和对照组（绝经时间≥12个月）127例。对比两组患者E2、FSH水平以及不同部位的骨密度，并通过骨密度大小分出正常骨量组和低骨量组，最后对影响骨密度的相关因素进行分析。结果观察组年龄和FSH小于对照组，并且观察组E2以及所检测的部位骨密度均高于对照组。最后通过Logistic回归性分析，得出5个影响骨密度的因素，即：年龄、患者是否绝经、E2、FSH以及绝经时间，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0．05）。结论围绝经期前后E2、FSH水平与骨密度存在较大的相关性，其中E2水平下降、FSH水平升高是造成骨密度的主要因素。绝经前后的妇女应根据生理特点对骨质疏松进行预防，降低其带来的伤害。Objective To explore the perimenopausal women before and after the bone mineral density （ BMD） and follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）,serumestradiol（E2）relationship.Methods 305menopausalwomenfromJanuary2012toMay2014toacceptthe choice of treatment in our hospital patients before and after menopause, according to divide into the observation group （ menopause time less than 12 months） in 178 cases and the control group （ menopause time more than 12 months） in 127 cases, compared the two groups of pa-tients with E2 , FSH levels and in different parts of the BMD, and through the BMD size was divided into normal bone mass group and low bone mass group, finally the correlation factors of BMD analysis.Results The group of age and FSH less than that of the control group, and the observation group E2 and the detection part of BMD was higher than that of control group.Finally, through the Logistic regression a-nalysis, obtained 5 factors of BMD, namely：with age, menopause, E2 , FSH and the time of menopause.The differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Perimenopausal before and after E2 , the level of FSH and BMD have high correlation, which de-creased E2 levels, elevated levels of FSH are the main factors causing BMD.Premenop ausal and postmenopausal women should be based on the physiological characteristics of osteoporosis prevention, reduce the harm.
