摘 要:运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,采用间接耦合方法,对湿式离合器摩擦片在滑摩过程中的温度场、应力场进行仿真计算和分析。计算过程考虑了摩擦热在摩擦片和对偶钢片间的分配情况、摩擦片和外界空气的热交换,并考虑了各种位移约束。研究结果表明:在滑摩过程中摩擦片的最高温度和最大应力均出现在摩擦表面,0.11 s时达到最高温度149℃,0.10 s时达到最大等效应力133 MPa;沿径向,温度先升高后降低,最高温度靠近外端面,中间部分应力较大,两侧应力较低,存在较大的应力梯度;增大摩擦因数和压力,接合时间缩短,热流密度增加,摩擦片的最大温度和最大等效应力均相应增加。It adopted ANSYS software for finite element analysis and introduced indirect coupling method to complete simulated calculation and analysed of the temperature field and stress field during sliding friction generated by the friction discs of the wet clutch. The calculation took into account the distribution of the frictional heat between the friction disc and the pairing steel discs and heat exchange among friction discs and ambient air with a consideration of a variety of displacement constraints. The findings demonstrated :The maximum temperature and maximum stress of the friction discs were presented to the friction surface in the process of sliding friction, the highest temperature-149 ~C was reached within 0.11 s while the maximum equivalent stress-133 MPa was reached within 0.10 s. The temperature was increased first and then, decreased in radial direction, the maximum temperature was near by the outer end; The center portion presented larger stress while both sides got lower stress showing a major stress gradient. When the friction factor and pressure were increased, the engaging time was shortened while the heat flux density was increased and the maximum temperature and the maximum equivalent stress of the friction discs were increased accordingly.
