多药耐药菌信息化预警在医技科室中的应用评价

摘　　要：目的评价信息化预警对多药耐药菌患者外出检查时医技科室各项感染控制措施依从性的影响,以提高医技检查科室多药耐药菌的管理水平。方法 2014年1月开始用信息化设置多药耐药菌预警信息,医技科室登记处和医技检查操作人员电脑显示多药耐药菌预警信息,比较使用信息化预警的患者与使用腕带标识多药耐药菌信息的患者在外出检查时各项感染控制措施的执行。结果信息化预警管理后医技人员手卫生依从性由40.82%上升至95.00%、医疗废物处理合格率由36.05%上升至94.38%、接触后环境物体表面消毒由34.01%上升至78.13%、检查后仪器消毒由35.37%上升至98.75%,医技科室信息化预警管理前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多药耐药菌信息化预警可有效提高医技科室感染控制措施的依从性,进一步预防与控制多药耐药菌在医院更大范围内的扩散与传播。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of the information early warning for multidrug‐resistant organisms （MDROs） on compliance of infection control measures in the medical examination departments so as to improve the management of MDROs in the medical examination departments .METHODS The early warning information of the MDROs was set up by using information technology since Jan ,2014 ;the early warning information was displayed in the registration offices of the medical examination departments and the computers of the operation personnel ,and the compliance of the infection control measures was compared between the patients who used the information early warning and the patients who used wristbands marking the information of MDROs when they went out for examination .RESULTS The hand hygiene compliance of the medical examination personnel increased from 40 .82% to 95 .00% after the implementation of the information early earning ,the qualified rate of disposal of medical waste increased from 36 .05% to 94 .38% ,the rate of disinfection of the environmental object surfaces increased from 34 .01% to 78 .13% after the contacting ,and the rate of disinfection of instruments increased from 35 .37% to 98 .75% after the examination ,as compared with those before and after the implementation of the information early warning ,the differences were significant （P〈 0 .05） .CONCLUSIONS The information early warning for MDROs can effectively improve the compliance of infection control measures in the medical examina‐tion departments and further prevent the wide spread of the MDROs .
