摘　　要：目的探索省级中医院医院感染预防控制技能竞赛组织管理形式,评价竞赛对增强中医医院医护人员医院感染预防控制意识的作用。方法 2014年6-10月通过临床调研,结合医院感染预防控制相关重点部门及高危因素,确定医院感染预防控制技能竞赛的主要项目;于赛前、赛后随机抽取医师及护士各50名进行问卷调查,对比竞赛前后医院感染知识及技能的掌握程度,评价竞赛组织形式及效果。结果 50名医师竞赛前、后三项技能操作得分:毫针针刺法分别为(82±2.13)、(89±2.01)分,胸腔穿刺术分别为(85±3.30)、(95±2.82)分,换药术分别为(89±2.42)、(94±2.10)分;50名护士竞赛前后三项技能操作得分:吸痰法分别为(84±4.52)、(89±3.23)分,采集静脉血培养标本分别为(82±3.89)、(94±2.54)分,无菌操作技术分别为(83±3.42)、(92±1.01)分;竞赛后与竞赛前相比,医护人员对各项操作技能的掌握程度有显著性提高。结论科学论证、顶层设计、医院感染管理质量控制中心的技术支持是省级医院感染预防控制技能竞赛成功的关键,通过医院感染预防控制技能竞赛,可有效提高医护人员医院感染预防控制技能。OBJECTIVE To explore the management modes of skills competition for control of nosocomial infections in provincial traditional Chinese hospitals and evaluate the effect of the competition on the awareness of infection control of the health care workers .METHODS From June to Oct , 2014 , the major subjects of the skills competition for control of nosocomial infections were determined through clinical review combined with the control of nosocomial infections in key departments as well as the high risk factors ,then the questionnaire survey was conducted for 50 doctors and 50 nurses who were randomly selected before and after the competition ,the mastery degree of knowledge and skills of the infection control was observed and compared before and after the competi‐tion ,and the organization modes of the competition and the effects were evaluated .RESULTS The score of acu‐puncture technique of the 50 doctors was （82 ± 2 .13）points before the competition ,（89 ± 2 .01） after the competi‐tion;the score of thoracentesis was （85 ± 3 .30）points before the competition ,（95 ± 2 .82）points after the compe‐tition ;the score of dressing change was （89 ± 2 .42）points before the competition ,（94 ± 2 .10）points after the competition .The score of sputum aspiration of the 50 nurses was （84 ± 4 .52）points before the competition ,（89 ± 3 .23）points after the competition ;the score of venous blood specimens collection was （82 ± 3 .89）points before the competition ,（94 ± 2 .54）points after the competition ;the score of aseptic operation technique was （83 ± 3 .42） points before the competition ,（92 ± 1 .01）points after the competition ;the mastery degrees of the operation skills of the health care workers were remarkably improved after the competition .CONCLUSIONS The scientific verification ,top‐level design ,and technical support of infection control center are crucial to the successful skills competition for control of nosocomial infections ,which may effectively im
