不同消毒液提高医务人员手卫生依从性效果研究

摘　　要：目的比较感应式与按压式快速手消毒液对提高手卫生依从性效果。方法调查2014年8-11月某医院ICU内先后及同时按压式快速手消毒液和感应式快速手消毒液的使用量,并按照WHO手卫生依从性表格进行医务人员手卫生依从性监测。结果前后对照研究发现,消毒液的每床日耗量按压式快速手消毒液为25.73ml,明显低于感应式快速手消毒液的38.39 ml;医务人员手卫生依从率使用感应式快速手消毒液为81.98%,明显高于按压式快速手消毒液的58.00%;同期对照研究显示,感应式快速手消毒液用量明显高于按压式快速手消毒液的用量。结论感应式快速手消毒液可以提高医务人员的手卫生依从性。OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of inductive and press types of rapid hand disinfectants on improvement of the hand hygiene compliance .METHODS From Aug 2014 to Nov 2014 ,the consumption of the press type of rapid hand disinfectants and the inductive rapid hand disinfectants that were successively or simulta‐neously used in ICUs of a general hospital were investigated ,and the hand hygiene compliance of the health care workers was monitored according to the WHO hand hygiene compliance forms .RESULTS By the contrast ,the daily consumption of the press type of rapid hand disinfectants per bed was 25 .73 ml ,significantly lower than 38 .39 ml of the inductive rapid hand disinfectants .The hand hygiene compliance rate of the health care workers who used the inductive rapid hand disinfectants was 81 .98% ,significantly higher than 58 .00% of the health care workers who used the press type of rapid hand disinfectants .Meanwhile ,the control study revealed that the consumption of the inductive rapid hand disinfectants was significantly higher than that of the press type of rapid hand disinfectants .CONCLUSIONS The inductive rapid hand disinfectants may improve the hand hygiene compliance of the health care workers .
