摘　　要：介绍了酸性光亮镀锡的配方和工艺,总结了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢毛细管表面光亮镀锡的难点。结合生产实践对毛细管镀锡过程中一般故障的产生进行原因分析,并给出相应的解决措施。介绍了镀液净化和不合格镀层退除的方法。探讨了毛细管光亮镀锡目前存在的问题,指出了注意事项。The bath composition and process conditions of bright acid tin plating were introduced. The difficulties of bright tin plating of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel capillary were summarized. The causes of general faults produced during tin plating of capillary was analyzed based on practical production, and the corresponding solutions were presented. The purification of plating bath and the stripping of unqualified coatings were described. The existing problems of bright tin plating on capillary surface were discussed. Some points for attention were pointed out.
