摘  要:大螺旋角内螺纹铜管滚珠旋压成形模具设计是一个复杂过程,目前还没有系统精确的计算方法。介绍了一种逆推法:根据螺纹管规格,从定径模开始,从后往前依次推算出钢球、滚压环、螺纹芯头、减径模、管坯等参数值,采用该方法建立成形工艺设计平台,进行大螺旋角内螺纹铜管的成形模具智能化设计。采用面向对象的程序设计方法,对Φ7 mm×0.24 mm×0.15 mm规格的大螺旋角内螺纹铜管成形工艺进行设计,获得了成形模具及成形工艺参数。将获得的参数应用于实际生产,得到的成品内螺纹铜管件的齿形参数良好,没有齿形缺陷,符合产品技术要求。It is a complicated ball spinning process to design the forming dies of inner-screw copper tube with big helix angle. At present there is no accurate calculation method for the system. A design platform of forming process was built and the intelligent design of the forming die was realized by an inverse method based on the standard of the inner-screw copper tube from the die with fixed diameter to de- duce the reference data of ball diameter, rolling ring, thread core, reduce diameter die and tube billet. The forming process of inner-screw copper tube φ7 mm × 0. 24 mm × 0. 15 mm with big helix angle was designed by object-oriented program design method, and the forming die and forming process parameters were obtained. The above optimized data were used in the production successfully to gain the good pa- rameters of tooth shape tube without the tooth shape defect and meet its technical requirements.
