摘  要:基于Virtools渲染引擎和C++语言编写的可视化集成仿真引擎,开发了锻造液压机成套设备可视化集成平台,介绍了三维模型文件转换格式、成套设备场景布置和整合处理、联合仿真曲线和云图数据提取方法,以及平台运行脚本定义和平台架构等,进行了锻造液压机、锻造操作机、厂房和配套设施的全景展示,并以曲线和云图方式集成显示机、电、液联合仿真软件和有限元软件获取的分析结果,实现了对成套设备组成、基本运动、工艺过程和工作性能的可视化仿真。The visual integration platform for forging hydraulic press equipment was developed based on the Virtools renders engine and visual integration simulation engine coded by C + +. It was introduced the format transformation of three-dimensional model file, arrange- ment and integration of scenes, simulated curves and nephogram data extraction method, operation script definition and architecture of vi- sualization platform. A panoptic display on forging hydraulic press, forging manipulator, workshop and affiliated establishment was carried out. Furtherly, analysis results from meehanical- electrical - hydraulic co - simulation software and finite element analysis software were showed with curves and nephogram. The visual simulation of equipment composition, basic movement, technological process and working performance was realized.
